Zoe Ostendorf

As executive assistant, Zoe Ostendorf coordinates appointments, documents and processes around our transactions. For owners and investors she is often the first point of contact and makes sure enquiries reach the right person without detours.

She gained her first hands-on experience at VON POLL IMMOBILIEN in Krefeld, where she was involved in marketing single-family homes, condominiums and rental properties and took on wide-ranging tasks in assistance and client care. Her professional foundation is the successfully completed IHK course for real estate agents.

A particular focus lies on the opportunities that social media and digital technologies open up for real estate marketing: from developing new content ideas and planning social media output to modern property presentation. Her standard throughout: combining what works with new approaches.
