Melvin Kröhnert is part of the transactions team at Woelfer Real Estate and brings an analytical eye for figures, processes and systems.
He previously completed a dual study programme with Ernst & Young in Düsseldorf, working in Audit & Assurance. He contributed to IT audit projects for market-leading corporations across industries, analysed IT systems and business processes, agreed audit scope and findings directly with clients and coordinated with internal and external stakeholders.
Real estate has been part of his path since his studies at the intersection of business and IT, including work on VR and AR technologies in property marketing and on the Berlin short-term rental market. He shows the same endurance and discipline in sport: he ran the Berlin Marathon in 2024 and completed Ironman 70.3 Duisburg and HYROX Cologne in 2025.
