Enoch Wölfer founded Woelfer Real Estate in 2018 and has led the firm as managing director since 2020. Across more than ten years in the North Rhine-Westphalian market he has overseen the sale of more than 2,000 units; annual transaction volume exceeds 70 million euros. Market access rests on a network of vetted clients and investors built over years, among them family offices, institutional investors and developers.
From 2023 to 2025 he was responsible for large-volume acquisitions as Senior Manager Acquisition at IBC SOLAR AG: identifying target assets, market analysis, due diligence, financial modelling, contract negotiation and post-acquisition integration. That experience continues to shape his advisory work. Owners and investors receive an assessment at institutional level.
His professional foundation comprises real estate sales at LBS/Sparkasse Düsseldorf and specialist training at the European Education Centre, focusing on property valuation, financing and brokerage law. Prior to his real estate career he played competitive football in the Netherlands.
