Cedric Bernstein
Apprentice Real Estate Agent · 3rd Year
- Focus on sales & property marketing
Cedric Bernstein chose the real estate industry at 19 and began studying real estate management. It soon became clear that his place is where properties actually change hands: in direct contact with owners and buyers. Today he is in the third year of his apprenticeship as a real estate agent at Woelfer Real Estate.
Before that he gained two years of practical experience at Schreurs Immobilien in Krefeld, where he was responsible for marketing and property presentation, from designing exposés and marketing campaigns to targeted outreach to prospective buyers, and accompanied his own sales from the first owner meeting through to notarisation.
At Woelfer Real Estate he has further developed his focus on sales. He guides owners from valuation through viewings and negotiations to closing.
His strength is the combination of sales and marketing: today a property sells through high-quality images, a considered presentation and the right strategy. This pays off especially in demanding constellations, such as communities of heirs, incomplete documentation or properties that previously spent months on the market without success. Throughout, he tells owners honestly what their property is worth, even when not everyone wants to hear it.
